This is the second part of the test " A trip to Ireland." It contains a reading exercise, a fill in the gaps for tenses and for general vocabulary. There is also a conversation that should be completed with the correct words .

Topic Boggle

Choose a topic ( like Summer vacation) and write on whiteboard. Divide students in groups and have them brainstorm to find words related to that subject and write on paper or whiteboards. Then one team reads their words. If any other team has the same word all teams must erase that word from their list. Teams keep words that are original only to them and no other team has written the same. THey get points for each original word and whoever has the most points is the winner.

Topic Friendship - UB zum Song Count On Me von Bruno Mars

Hallo, ich habe die vorliegende Stunde während meines Referendariats in einer 10. Realschulklasse in Hessen gehalten. Auf dem zweiten Arbeitsblatt war ursprünglich noch der Songtext eingefügt, aber den darf ich hier nicht rein stellen. Ich habe außerdem eine Powerpoint Präsentation erstellt, bei der beim 2. Hören zeitgleich der Songtext mitlief. Insgesamt kam die Stunde sehr gut an, sowohl bei den Schülern als auch dem beteiligten Ausbildern, denn es ist einfach ein Song, den man aus seinem Alltag aus dem Radio kennt. Ich wünsche viel Spaß mit dem Material und freue mich über Feedback!
