Basic Questions

This is a one page list of basic questions that I used with students ranging from elementary school to beginner adults. I find that students are especially perplexed when answering "What`s up?"

Basic questions - present simple

basic questions - ss are asked o match a question with an answer. Then students make dialogues with each other using the questions and supplying their own answers.

basic questions for primary level

We used these questions for a game called tornado. It is a game that we preapared card in which there are points. If the studensts know the question they can choose a card and get points for their groups. If they choose a card with tornado, they will lose all their points and they have to start from the beginning.

The objetive of this form is to have a guide in when to add ing to the verb, or instead double letter, change ie to y, this way students can have an idea in order to succeed.

This worksheet is best done with a teacher's help, if the child can't read proficiently by themselves. Otherwise, this would be a good worksheet to hand out and guage how well each child can read and understand simple directions.
